call me what you want.. but today i saw Swades on a local TV channel. (lost count of the number of times i've seen it)..
I dont know what it is about this movie.. but every time i see it...
the feeling is indescribable.
the beautiful locales.. the fantastic music..brilliant performances.. and most importantly a very well handled and presented script and idea..
(not the part about building the local dam offcourse.. but the basic idea behind it)..
i admit.. im a sucker for good movies..
and this movie is what i call a genuinely good movie..
someday.. i too hope to be able to "build a dam" for my country...
