finally done with almost 1000kms.. another 1000 to go..

my verdict on the bike after 1000kms:
1. The battery problem was solved. Im sure it was a wiring prob on the bike which was discharging it. Whatever it was, it was rectified.
2. The gears are still a problem (dont think enfield will ever get this right!). false neutrals, clunky gear shifts ,the works..
3. RE has eradicated its oil leak, carb and other assorted issues for good!
4. the bike feels solid at 100kph, and i cant wait to touch the 130 mark.
5. its already giving me 30kms to a litre, and the mechs claim this should remain constant from now on, thanks to the EFI.
