as i stand 6 feet from the edge
a few steps more is all i need
a foot forward, one at a time
million questions,huge doubt to feed.
jumping off into oblivion with arms wide open
to hurtle insanely fast to impending doom?
end up as another statistic at the coroner's
with a colorful wreath, flowers in full bloom?
flying into a cloud, what lies beyond?
stumble through today,free falling into tomorrow
i think i see the silver lining
love i think, with time will grow.
