Ive suddenly lost whatever remaining respect i had for Kingfisher Airlines...
in any organization, emergencies do arise. in case of shortage of staff, suitable alternatives should be arranged...but ignoring the shortage because a stop-gap arrangement was made.. results in precisely this.
over qualified people are called in to become a "receptionist".
