spilt milk.. but whos crying???

3 months..
of controlled diets..
no sweet..
no outside food..
no eating after 8pm..
30 mins on the treadmill daily..

result: loss of 8kgs.

2 weeks of gluttony...
loads of sweets..
and zero workout..

result:recovered 25% of what i lost..

wtf!!!!
