the great indian rope trick... sure.. every1s heard of that!!!!
but the great indian spare..????
(well not tat great actually.. but what the heck.. i invented it..so it MUST be great!)

last friday.. 3 of us from KF...and 5 of the french EPL students from SEFA,St.Yan..decided to go to a sports bar with a bowling alley..
my reason to go: was celebrating the successful completion of my basic+IR stage check course at SEFA.. with a proud AVERAGE stamped across my file..yippeeee!!!!

reached the bar.. and it was a nice little place.. with some decent crowd already inside...surprisingly every1 was busy with the pool table and some game on the tv...the bowling section was deserted.. in fact.. if i rem right.. the lights on tat side were switched off!

anyways.. the 9 of us walked in.. and started the game...
after the 1st round of attempts..( during which urs truly scored a strike.. with a garishly PINK bowling ball.. yes...pink!!!)..
we noticed tat the bartender wasnt keeping an eye on us.. and hence Sebastian comes up with the brilliant idea of the 1st attempt being normal.. and the 2nd being graded only for style..

there were all kinds of things attmpted..a superman throw...a ballet throw...a blind throw..a futbol spotkick...a cross lane throw(tat was me!!!)...and finally... the indian spare!!!

wat is the indian spare???
the person whose turn it is.. holds a ball.. and 3 indians take 1 ball each.. and stand behind the player..and one by one...all 4 people roll the bowling ball...thus ensuring a spare atleast!!!!
(if any1 tells u tat there were many times when even after 4 balls.. we missed all 10 bowling pins...they ARE telling u the truth!)

anyways.. the game was totally paisa wasool...n urs truly ended up having a lot of local beer in a strange long test-tube kind of dispenser...

st.yan wasnt tat boring after all!!!!
